Obituary for Earnestine Drennan (Polvado)

Earnestine Polvado Drennan passed away early Thursday morning, June 15, 2017 at Carillon Care Center in Lubbock. She was born September 19, 1929 in Ackerly, Texas to Earnest and Margaret (Hataway) Polvado. She married Darwin McCasland in 1947. After he passed away in 1952, she married Harold Drennan in 1955.

Earnestine worked as a bank teller for many years, and was a member of the First Baptist Church in Morton, Texas. She leaves her legacy with her family, whom she taught to love the Lord by her words of faith and her actions of continual love and servitude. She is preceded in death by her first husband, Darwin McCasland; her second husband, Harold Drennan; her son, Sammy McCasland; her parents; and her brother, Bob Polvado.

Earnestine is survived by her son, Dan McCasland and his wife, Leesa of Whiteface, Texas; her daughter, Diane McClure and her husband, William of Lubbock, Texas; her brother, Earl Polvado and his wife, Chirstine of Morton, Texas; her sister-in-law, Kay Polvado of Lubbock, Texas; her eleven grandchildren, Allison, Christopher, Samantha, Margaret, James, Wade, Cheyenne, Shawnee, Jake, Blake and Brittany; and her thirteen, great-grandchildren, Jackson, Ethan, Hudson, Lara, Bronson, Braiden, Avery, Alivia, Elena, Eli, Reese, Bowen and Logan.

The family suggests memorials be sent to First Baptist Church in Morton, 202 SE 1st Street, Morton, Texas, 79346.
