Erma Jean Flores Herrera was born August 13, 1975 in Morton, Texas to Manuel and Elvira (Sepulbeda) Flores. She married Bernardo Herrera Jr. in Muleshoe on December 19, 2013.

Erma was an avid Denver Broncos fan. She was a great mother and a Christian.

Erma is survived by her husband, Bernardo; her four sons, Dominic Flores and his wife, Destiny of Muleshoe, Texas, Bernardo Herrera III and his wife, MaKenzie Mendoza of Muleshoe, Texas, Kaizacc Herrera of Muleshoe, Texas and Isaiah Herrera of Muleshoe, Texas; two daughters, Xtacey Herrera and her husband, John Mendoza of Muleshoe, Texas and Nevaeh Herrera of Muleshoe, Texas; her mother, Elvira Alvarez of Muleshoe, Texas; her sister, Rebecca Flores of Muleshoe, Texas; her three brothers, Arthur Sepulbeda of Bledsoe, Texas, LeRoy Flores of Seminole, Texas and Manuel Flores of Muleshoe, Texas; and four grandchildren.
