Barbara Kay Kendrick died Monday, March 5, 2018 in Loveland, Colorado at the age of 68 years, 1 month and 29 days. She was born January 7, 1950 in Littlefield, Texas to James Fred and Thelma Jean (New) Turney. She married Larry Kendrick in Longmont, Colorado on March 31, 1979.

Barbara enjoyed ceramics, crocheting and sewing. She is preceded in death by her parents, James Turney and Thelma Sullivan and three sisters, Shirley Turney, Darla Sue Hightower and Kathy Gilliam.

Barbara is survived by her husband, Larry; her daughter, Connie New and her husband, Edward of Deer Park, Texas; her sister, Geneva Turney; her two brothers, Freddie Turney and his wife, Martha and Larry Turney and his wife, Niona; her three grandsons, Joshua New and his wife, Britney, Zachary New and Ryan New; her three great-grandchildren, Dallas, Easton and Stetson; and several nieces and nephews.
