Delia Hernandez died Monday, June 11, 2018 in Muleshoe, Texas at the age of 89 years, 4 months and 19 days.
She was born January 22, 1929 in Hidalgo, Mexico to Jose and Antonia (Polio) Gomez. She married Epifanio Hernandez in Mexico on September 19, 1955.

Delia was a homemaker and a member of the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Muleshoe. She is preceded in death by her husband, Epifanio in 2014; her parents; her sister, Maria De los Angeles; and her two brothers, Pepe Gomez and Gustavo Gomez.

Delia is survived by her son, Oscar and his wife, Liberty of Muleshoe, Texas; her daughter, Geazul Hernandez of Muleshoe, Texas; four grandchildren, Viena Barron and her husband, Jaime, Olimpica Reyes and her husband, Gerardo; Celeste Ruiz and her husband, Jesus; and Cholov Hernandez; and twelve great-grandchildren.
