Lloyd Wayne Miller departed this life on Monday, October 1, 2018 in Earth, Texas at the age of 82 years, 8 months and 23 days. He was born January 8, 1936 in Hobart, Oklahoma to William F and Alma (Felter) Miller. He married Mary Warner in Altus, Oklahoma on August 13, 1960.

Lloyd and Mary moved to the Earth community in 1973, where they made their home and raised their family. He continued his custom harvesting business in Earth that he started in 1954. His health forced him to retire in 2015. During the course of his 61 year career, Lloyd, met many people and made numerous friends. He never met a stranger and treasured his family and friends. He is preceded in death by his parents.

Lloyd is survived by his wife, Mary; his son, Todd Miller of Earth, Texas; his daughter, Carmen Gibson and her husband, Mitchell of Amarillo, Texas; his sister, Barbara Hines and her husband, Floyd of Fort Cobb, Oklahoma; his brother, Leroy Miller and his wife, Evelyn of Lone Wolf, Oklahoma; his three nieces, Pam Steverson, Della Amstutz and LaDonna Bellamy; and numerous cousins, great nieces and great nephews.
