Marlon died Sunday, March 18, 2018 in Farwell, Texas. He was born November 7, 1935 in Tahoka, Texas to Sherman and Beatrice (Hammond) Inman. He married Karolene Towns.

Marlon graduated from Muleshoe High School in 1954 and Hardin Simmons University in 1958. He farmed for many years. Marlon was a member of First Baptist Church of Clovis, New Mexico where he served as a Deacon, Elder, and taught Sunday School for many years. Marlon is preceded in death by his Parents, one son,Brent Inman and one son-in-law, Rocky Horton.

Marlon is survived by his wife, Karolene of Farwell, Texas, one daughter; Suzahn Horton of Texico, New Mexico, one sister; Judy Tonelli of Worcester, Massachusetts, one brother; Jerry Inman of El Paso, Texas, and three grandchildren; Rockell Horton, Ruger Horton, and Holly White.
